You'll learn throughout the entire tour. Our host explains the Peruvian gastronomic boom, the influence of chefs like Gastón Acurio and Humberto Sato, the evolution of ceviche, and how Peruvian cuisine went from a local tradition to a global icon.
How many stalls or shops did we visit?
We visited 3 iconic restaurants in Lima, considered “culinary temples” for their impact on the recent history of Peruvian gastronomy
What kind of food will I try?
You'll savor seafood, Nikkei, and elevated Creole cuisine. It includes Creole ceviche, tiradito, octopus with olives, smoked scallops, causa, Creole-style tenderloin, appetizers, and reinterpreted traditional desserts.
Does it include drinks?
Yes. Includes Pisco Sour or mocktail. Additional drinks are not included.
Is it a formal experience?
No. It's a gourmet experience at highly reputable restaurants. The atmosphere is relaxed. Casual attire is recommended.
Can they be adapted to allergies or special diets?
With prior notice, we may consider some restrictions. It is not recommended for people with severe fish or shellfish allergies. Because we work with curated menus, complete substitutions are not always possible.
How far did we walk?
It includes short walks between restaurants (flat urban terrain). It does not require strenuous physical effort.
How many people are in each group?
We work with small groups (maximum 8 people) to guarantee a close and personalized experience

Can I take photos and videos?
Yes. It's a very aesthetic and visual experience. We only ask that you respect each restaurant's internal rules.
Can children participate?
It is designed primarily for adults who love gastronomy. Minors can participate accompanied by an adult, although the focus is on gourmet and cultural aspects.
