• Billing, payment and reservation data: Minimum retention of 5 years, in accordance with accounting, tax and defense obligations against claims.
• Data of potential customers (leads) and inquiries without confirmed booking: Maximum retention of 12 months from the last contact.
• Data used for marketing: Until the user withdraws their consent or requests to unsubscribe.
• Technical and analytical data: According to the periods defined by the technological tools used.

Once these periods have ended, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
