You'll learn throughout the tour. Our host explains the Peruvian gastronomic boom, the evolution of Creole cuisine, the Nikkei influence, and how tradition transformed into haute cuisine without losing its identity.
How many restaurants did we visit?
We visited 3 to 4 emblematic restaurants in Barranco, selected for their history, culinary offerings, and relevance in the gastronomic evolution of Peru.
What kind of dishes will I try?
You'll savor creations of seafood, Nikkei, and contemporary Creole cuisine. This includes ceviche or tiradito, Japanese-Peruvian fusion dishes, reinterpreted Creole classics, and a signature dessert.
Does it include drinks?
Yes. Includes Pisco Sour or mocktail, according to preference. Additional drinks are not included.
Is it a formal or relaxed experience?
With prior notice, we may consider some restrictions. It is not recommended for people with severe fish or shellfish allergies. We cannot guarantee complete substitutions at restaurants with curated menus.

How far did we walk?
It is a pedestrian route with short walks between restaurants within Barranco (flat urban route)
How many people are in each group?
We work with small groups (maximum 8 people) to guarantee a personalized and high-level experience
What happens if it rains?
The experience can be enjoyed rain or shine. The distances between restaurants are short.
Can I take photos and videos?
Absolutely. It's a visual, aesthetic, and highly shareable experience.
Can children participate?
It is primarily designed for adults. Minors may participate accompanied by an adult, although the focus is on gastronomy and culture.
