Is it just a tasting or will I learn something?

You'll learn throughout the tour. Our host explains the origin of ceviche, regional variations, the Nikkei influence, and how to identify the perfect balance of acidity, spiciness, and freshness.


How many restaurants did we visit?

We visited 3 to 4 restaurants specializing in seafood cuisine, carefully selected for their quality and gastronomic offerings.


What kind of ceviches will I try?

You will taste different versions: classic Lima style, northern style, Nikkei interpretation and a contemporary proposal


Does it include drinks?

Yes. It includes a Pisco Sour and a soft drink. Additional drinks are not included.


Do I have to like raw fish?

Yes. The experience is focused on ceviches and fresh seafood dishes.


Can they be adapted to allergies or special diets?

With prior notice, we may consider some restrictions. It is not recommended for people with severe allergies to fish, shellfish, or lemon.


How far did we walk?

It is a pedestrian route with short walks and flat sections within Miraflores and Surquillo.


How many people are in each group?

We work with small groups (maximum 8 people) to guarantee a close and personalized experience


What happens if it rains?

The experience can be enjoyed rain or shine. The distances between restaurants are short.


Can I take photos and videos?

Of course. It's a very visual and shareable experience.

Can children participate?

It is primarily intended for adults. Minors may participate when accompanied by an adult.
