Is it just a tasting or will I learn something?

You'll learn throughout the entire tour. During private transfers, our culinary host will provide context on the impact of the 50 Best ranking, the evolution of contemporary Peruvian cuisine, and how Lima established itself as a global culinary capital.

How many restaurants did we visit?

We visited three to four restaurants recognized in the Latin America's 50 Best ranking, as well as a bar included in the World's 50 Best Bars. Each stop represents a distinct expression of contemporary Peruvian haute cuisine.

What kind of dishes will I try?

You'll savor contemporary signature cuisine, reinterpreted Peruvian ingredients, and cutting-edge dishes. This may include technically precise seafood, creative fusions, Creole reinterpretations, and haute cuisine desserts.

Does it include drinks?

Yes. It depends on the curated menu at each restaurant. Some experiences include select beverages. Additional drinks are not included.

How does the tour work?

You'll travel by private transport throughout the tour, accompanied by a culinary host. At each restaurant, you'll enter without the host to experience the restaurant authentically, just like any regular diner.

Can they be adapted to allergies or special diets?

With prior notice, we may be able to accommodate some restrictions. It is not recommended for people with severe fish or shellfish allergies. We cannot guarantee complete substitutions as we work with menus defined by each restaurant.

How far did we walk?

Includes transfers in a private vehicle and very short walks from the drop-off point to each restaurant

How many people are in each group?

We work with small groups (maximum 6–8 people) to guarantee an exclusive and personalized experience

What happens if it rains?

The experience takes place rain or shine. Private transportation ensures comfort throughout the tour.

Can I take photos and videos?

Yes. It's an aesthetic and visual experience. We simply ask that you respect each restaurant's internal policies.

Can children participate?

No. The experience is designed for adults because we visit a bar along the way.
